Admission Process
Seats are limited as we have our own batches coming up to the next class. However, new admissions are taken on availability of seats in each class, which may occur due to transfer. At the commencement of every academic year, some fresh students are admitted into the school. Candidates for admission are required to bring with them, their aadhar card, two photographs, marksheets & transfer certificates from the previous school attended.
Working of the school
School session extends from April to March and the year is divided into two Terms. The total number of working days will not be less than 250 days.
Normal School timing are:-
Summer:-
Monday to Saturday – 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Winter:-
Monday to Saturday – 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Students are required to reach school fifteen minutes before time. Normally school will give over at the given time, but, in case, the school gives over earlier due to any circumstances, parents should instruct their children to remain within the school premises, until picked up by them.
Studies
School follows the C.B.S.E pattern of education. Subjects taught in school are English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Computers, Art and Craft, Moral Science, Physical Training and games.
Tests & Examination:
In order to guage the progress of each child, terminal examinations are held at the end of each term, apart from the scheduled weekly tests.
No student will be allowed to miss any test or examination. If the child is sick, an application by the parents giving the reason for absence, should reach the school along with a medical certificate the same day. In an academic year exemption will be granted only once, after due verification. In case the student is unable to appear in any test or examination, his yearly performance will be taken into account.
The result of all these tests and examination are forwarded to the parents by means of a progress report. Parents are requested to sign and return the result cards to the class teacher.
Promotions:
Promotion are made once a year after the Annual Examinations, considering the marks of all the examinations, It Is Not Enough To Pass in The Annual Examinations Alone, The Minimum Pass Marks in All The Subjects Is 40%.
At the time of promotion, attendance is also considered. Each student must have not less than 90% attendance for the whole year.
Fees
This is an unaided minority school and does not receive any financial aid from the government or any other concern, and the only income is the school fee realised from the students. Hence it becomes necessary to increase the fees from time to time in order to increase the salaries of the staff and general maintenance. It is important that fee be deposited by the 10th of each month failing which a fine of Rs. 50/- per day will be charged.
If the dues are not cleared by the end of the month the name of the student will be removed from the registers without any notice and he may be re-admitted with a fine and re-admission fee. Re- admission will be at the Principal’s discretion.
Fee Schedule:

In July for the month of July + Diary Charges.
In August for the month of August + Exam fee (term I).
In September for the month of September.
In October for the month of October + Annual Charge (term II).
In November for the month of November.
In December for the month of December.
In January for the month of January + Exam fee (term II).
In February for the month of February + March.
Conveyance:
Students using the school bus will be charged for 12 months. If any child wishes to stop the school transport, he/she should give one month’s notice or else one month’s transport dues will be charged. School can stop conveyance for any route at any time, depending on the condition of the road.
All the students are expected to develop good character. They should always be obedient and respectful to their teachers and the practice of good manners will always be insisted upon.

Games and Co-Curricular Activities
The school provides opportunities for both indoor and outdoor games. Art and Craft, Dramatics and other extra curricular activities are stressed upon.
